Returns & Exchanges
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Products must be in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals (where applicable).
- Non-returnable items include:
- Swimwear, underwear, and lingerie (unless defective).
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., monogrammed items).
- Final sale items marked “Non-Returnable”.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Log into your account on www.lisamcgee.shop and navigate to “Order History”.
- Select the order containing the item(s) to return and click “Request Return”.
- Provide details (reason for return, photos of defects if applicable) and submit.
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a pre-paid shipping label (for defective items) or instructions to arrange shipping.
- Package the item(s) securely, include the RAN, and ship to:

3. Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (we will reimburse standard shipping fees).
- We provided a pre-paid label.
- We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the return (typically within 5 business days), we will process the refund:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank).
- Shipping fees (original or return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size, color, or style substitutions, subject to stock availability.
- To exchange, select “Exchange” during the return request process and specify the desired item.
- If the new item is more expensive, you will be charged the difference; if cheaper, we will refund the balance.
- Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of defects or errors.
- We will arrange a free return and send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
