Returns & Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Products must be in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals (where applicable).
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Swimwear, underwear, and lingerie (unless defective).
    • Customized or personalized products (e.g., monogrammed items).
    • Final sale items marked “Non-Returnable”.
2. How to Initiate a Return
  1. Log into your account on www.lisamcgee.shop and navigate to “Order History”.
  1. Select the order containing the item(s) to return and click “Request Return”.
  1. Provide details (reason for return, photos of defects if applicable) and submit.
  1. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a pre-paid shipping label (for defective items) or instructions to arrange shipping.
  1. Package the item(s) securely, include the RAN, and ship to:

3. Return Shipping Costs
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (we will reimburse standard shipping fees).
    • We provided a pre-paid label.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect the return (typically within 5 business days), we will process the refund:
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
    • Allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank).
    • Shipping fees (original or return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are available for size, color, or style substitutions, subject to stock availability.
  • To exchange, select “Exchange” during the return request process and specify the desired item.
  • If the new item is more expensive, you will be charged the difference; if cheaper, we will refund the balance.
  • Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of defects or errors.
  • We will arrange a free return and send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
